About Wittenberg Digital

Wittenberg Digital makes mobile apps and games for iPhone and Android. Our apps help members of five Lutheran church bodies (the LCMS, WELS, ELS, AALC and ELCA) follow their church's news, elections, sermons and church year. Our games help families, classes and youth groups learn the Bible by playing.

We also make two web applications. The Pax App at paxapp.org is the church management system at the heart of the Pax App family, for pastors, staff and members. HS Elementals at hselementals.com is where homeschooling parents plan the week, approve quests and manage the family subscription.

Every mobile product is built natively for both platforms from the same design, so the iPhone and Android versions match, and the web applications share their accounts with the apps.

What we hold to

• No accounts. Our apps and games don't ask for a name or an email address. (HS Elementals, which keeps family accounts for homeschooling households, and the Pax App family, which signs in to a church's Pax, are the exceptions.)
• Anonymous statistics only. Where an app reports usage, it reports counts, not people, and you can switch it off. Read each privacy policy for the details.
• Nonpartisan elections. Our election guides are independent of the church bodies they cover and take no side.
• Credit where it's due. News and sermon apps send you to the publishers and congregations that produce the content.
